Protege GX Client

Protege GX uses a concurrent

usage license model enabling

you to install the Protege

GX Client on any number

of workstations, with the

restriction being on the

number of operators that can

connect at any one time.

The base server includes

one Protege GX Client. Use

additional client licenses

to increase the number of

concurrent connections that

can be made.

Protege GX

10 Camera License

Extends the number of

cameras that can be used

within the Protege System

providing the ability to control

cameras directly from Protege

GX, including the ability

to view live and historical

footage.

The base server includes 10

camera licenses. Additional

time and attendance with

pinpoint accuracy.

wide feature once licensed.

Muster Report

Provides Muster Reporting

capability, enabling you to

generate reports by utilizing

the entry and exit readers

associated with a door and

list the users that are present

within specied areas.

Reports can be congured

to be automatically emailed

to designated operators at a

specic time of day, and a live

view of the report included in

status pages.

Muster Reports are a site wide

feature once licensed.

Provides access to the Card

Template Editor enabling you

to create and tailor unlimited

Photo ID templates, dening

the layout and information

included on user cards.

Protege GX Doors

Extends the number of doors

Protege System providing

access to users.

The Protege GX Server comes

with 50 doors as part of

the base conguration and

extra doors are only required

when exceeding this quantity.

Available in blocks of 50, 10,

IP Software Door

Enables the connection of

IP Software Doors (such as

Salto, Sargent and Kaba)

providing a totally wireless

networked electronic locking

solution. A license is required

for each software connected

door and integration may

require the installation of third

party applications or hardware

provided by electronic lock

vendor.

Active Directory User

Integration License

Provides the ability to import

users from Active Directory,

automatically creating a user

record for each user found

based on the active directory

group that has been selected.

Active Directory

Operator Integration

License

Enables integration with Active

Directory, allowing operators

to connect to the Protege GX

client using their Windows

User credentials. This

bypasses the need to enter

a user name and password

when logging in, making the

login process more secure.
